We create a presentation of our designs in the form of visual concepts, plans, photos and look sheets. You approve them and then we make it happen.

When you work with us, full-service means that we provide all-inclusive services that work towards the goal of getting you into a completed, fully furnished space. From a construction standpoint, we create the concepts, pull together finishes and materials, create design drawings, submit material specifications, and meet at the job site for reviews. From a decorative standpoint, we select, order, warehouse, and install all of your furnishings (wall coverings, art, furniture, rugs, lighting, etc.). We ask a lot of questions. We advocate for you. We manage all of the details.

That is a difficult question as each project is different from one another. We can tell you the cost is based on the size of the project and the length of time it will take to complete. Most projects take anywhere from 3 to 6 months, depending on the size of the project, the scope and the client’s specific needs. We make certain every detail is covered.

Fabulous question! Designers are specialized in the psychology of space…who doesn’t want to work with that? Decorators play an important role but they are different from designers. Interior designers are required to have knowledge of building codes, regulations, design concepts, the square footage needed for certain functions, and programming in order to create functional spaces. There’s a certain amount of education and experience required to be an interior designer. Interior decorators focus on furnishing and adorning a space with things like window treatments, pillows, furnishings and accessories. Designers may decorate but decorators do not have the technical background to design. Interior designers apply creative and technical solutions that are functional, attractive and beneficial to the occupants’ quality of life and culture. Be sure to qualify what you need and know when you’re ready to start your project.

Christiana is formally trained and experienced, she understands architectural plans and the language. We draw your plans using CAD and our interior specifications are submitted to all parties to keep the entire team informed. Simply put, we work best collaborating directly with architects, builders and contractors to ensure the success of your project.
